ExtensionLaunch is a community-driven directory that lets people discover, submit, vote on, review, and discuss browser extensions. Listing data, statistics, and metadata about extensions are aggregated from public sources, including the Chrome Web Store and third-party data providers, and may not always be complete or current.

Some features require signing in with a third-party account (such as Google). You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.

"User Content" means anything you submit to the Service, including extension submissions, votes, reviews, comments, and profile information. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant ExtensionLaunch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:

• you have the rights necessary to submit it;
• it does not infringe the rights of any third party; and
• it does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

You agree not to:

• manipulate votes, rankings, reviews, or other engagement metrics;
• post spam, malware, or unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content;
• harass, abuse, or harm other users;
• scrape, crawl, or harvest data except as expressly permitted;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or interfere with its operation.

The Service indexes and links to third-party browser extensions and related content that we do not own or control. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, any third-party extension, website, or service. Installing or using any extension is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms and policies.

ExtensionLaunch is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, Microsoft, Mozilla, or any browser vendor. "Google", "Chrome", "Chrome Web Store", and other names are trademarks of their respective owners.

The Service, including its design, text, and software (excluding User Content and third-party content), is owned by ExtensionLaunch and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written permission.

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any extension data is accurate or up to date.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExtensionLaunch and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction in which ExtensionLaunch operates.
