This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund for paid purchases on ExtensionLaunch. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
ExtensionLaunch offers an optional one-time fee to publish a listing immediately (a "paid listing"). Higher tiers also include placements we fulfil by hand, such as a feature in our newsletter and a dedicated review article on our blog.
Paid listings are backed by a delivery guarantee. If we do not deliver what you purchased within the applicable window below, you may request a full refund of the amount paid for that item:
Paid listings are a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.
If the applicable window has passed and we have not delivered, email us at [email protected], ideally from the email address associated with your account, and include your order or checkout reference. You can find that reference on your payment confirmation and in your account payment history. We may ask for a few details to locate your purchase.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor (Creem). Once a refund is processed, the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider. Your official payment receipt is provided separately by Creem.
Items we have delivered within their applicable window are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee. Where delivery depends on information or materials from you (for example, the details we need to write your review article), the applicable window pauses until we receive what we have asked for.
We may also decline a refund, or refuse or reverse a transaction, where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, or a violation of our Terms of Service. We will try to help where we reasonably can.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
